Placing Your Order

Please include your PRESCRIPTION and ORDER FORM with your Name and desired Ship-to Address.

You may fill-in and print the Order Form Here

PayPal Procedure:

° We will review your order and resolve with you any unanswered questions.
° We will ask PayPal to E-mail to you a request for payment.
° Manufacture of your lens(es) will commence when we receive confirmation of your payment.

Money Order Procedure:

° We will confirm the price of your order by Phone or E-mail.
° Send your Money Order to us, and as soon as we receive it we will begin manufacture of your lens(es).

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Contact lenses provided by RGP Lens Company are for the exclusive use of the specific person named in the prescription that is being filled.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Delivery Confirmation - First Class: $6.50

Delivery Confirmation - Priority: $10.00

Express Mail : $24.00

Orders are usually shipped within 2 working days after receipt of order and payment confirmation.

Special designs such as Torics or Bifocals take a little longer (about one week).

When you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to be a SUPER SAVER. This means that an additional RGP lens or pair of lenses may be ordered at the same time for $20.00 per lens. This offer does not apply to Toric, Bifocal or Keratoconus lenses.
